Clay
Township
provides
meeting
room
space
for
public
use
in the
Community
Room
at the
John
W. Hensel
Government
Center
on non-holiday
weekdays
Monday
through
Thursday.
We cannot accommodate usage on weekends. The
room
can
accommodate
up to
125
people
or may
be divided
into
smaller
meeting
areas.
The
building
provides
easy
access
with
no steps
to climb
and
convenient
parking.
The
following
restrictions
apply:
Reservations
will
only
be accepted
from
residents
of Clay
Township
for
use
by not-for-profit
groups that
are
adult
events
only.
All
activities
must
be free
- endorsement
or sale
of a
service
or product
is not
allowed.
Tickets
may
not
be sold
nor
donations
or freewill
offerings
taken.
