Community Room

Clay Township provides meeting room space for public use in the Community Room at the John W. Hensel Government Center, 10701 N. College Ave. on non-holiday weekdays Monday through Thursday.

Information

Reservations will only be accepted from residents of Clay Township. The room is restricted to use by not-for-profit groups and only for adult events.  The room can accommodate up to 125 people or may be divided into smaller meeting rooms. The building provides easy access with no steps to climb and convenient parking. The following restrictions apply: all activities must be free, endorsement or sale of a service or product is not allowed, and tickets may not be sold nor donations or freewill offerings taken.
